The Enchantment
It started with a taste test and a challenge.
I was asked to try some macarons and then I asked, "How are these made?" I was told they were hard to make.
Uhhh...really??
Challenge accepted.
In 2015, it was suggested to me when I started baking macarons, that I should sell them. At my first community bazaar, I sold all 10 dozen that I prepared for the small event
After the first community bazaar, selling all 10 dozen that I prepared for the small event, plus my little "twinsies" (two-pack), word started to spread and requests started to fill my inbox and messages.
The joy I get when someone first bites into my Delights, is the initial enchantment they experience - that beautiful crisp sound upon biting and the soft, chewy inside - perfect texture...followed by the burst of flavor, allowing you to melt and crave another.
